Welcome to Nidaan LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website nidaanlegalindia.com and the insurance grievance redressal services provided by Nidaan LLP.
By accessing our website, registering a complaint, or engaging our services, you (“the Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Nidaan LLP is an independent insurance consultancy firm. We assist policyholders in drafting grievances, auditing insurance documents, and representing them before Insurance Companies, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and the Insurance Ombudsman to resolve rejected, delayed, or short-settled claims.
Disclaimer: Nidaan LLP is not an insurance company, an underwriter, or a government regulatory body. We act purely as your authorized representative and consultant in the grievance redressal process.
While we utilize our highest professional expertise, legal knowledge, and industry experience to represent your case, we do not and cannot guarantee a favorable outcome. The final decision to approve, reject, or settle an insurance claim rests entirely with the respective Insurance Company, the Insurance Ombudsman, or the competent judicial authority.
Case Evaluation: Our initial document review and consultation are completely free of charge.
Registration Fee: Upon mutual agreement to proceed with your case, a nominal, non-refundable one-time registration fee may be charged to cover administrative and documentation costs.
Success Fee: Nidaan LLP primarily operates on a “No Win, No Fee” model. We charge a pre-agreed percentage (Success Fee) of the total claim amount recovered.
Payment Terms: The Success Fee becomes immediately payable to Nidaan LLP once the disputed claim amount is successfully credited by the insurance company into your (or the nominee’s) bank account. You agree to clear this invoice within 7 working days of receiving the funds.
By engaging Nidaan LLP, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all documents, medical records, financial statements, and factual information provided to us are 100% true, accurate, and unadulterated.
No Concealment: You agree not to hide any material facts related to your policy, medical history, or the incident leading to the claim.
Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with our team and provide any additional documents requested by us, the insurer, or the Ombudsman in a timely manner.
Direct Communication: Once Nidaan LLP is appointed as your representative, you agree to inform us immediately if the insurance company contacts you directly or attempts to bypass our representation to offer a settlement.
Fraud Clause: If we discover that a client has provided forged documents or fraudulent information, Nidaan LLP reserves the right to terminate our representation immediately. The client will be held solely responsible for any legal or penal consequences arising from such fraud.
We are committed to protecting your sensitive personal, medical, and financial data. All information shared with Nidaan LLP is treated with strict confidentiality and is used exclusively for resolving your insurance dispute. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nidaan LLP, its founders, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising out of your use of our services or the failure of an insurance company to honor a claim. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Nidaan LLP.

By the Client: You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. However, if termination occurs after a settlement offer has been secured from the insurer due to our efforts, the agreed Success Fee will still be payable.
By Nidaan LLP: We reserve the right to withdraw our representation if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to provide necessary documents, or if we determine, upon further investigation, that your case lacks legal merit.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore (MP).
